Common Questions

Every kit includes the complete steel frame structure, roof trusses with battens, and full engineering drawings. All prices include GST. Delivery, installation assistance, and Trade Collective support are available as optional extras.

Standard kits take approximately 12 weeks from design to delivery. Custom designs take around 14 weeks, and complex projects up to 18 weeks. The biggest variable is approval timing and consultant turnaround. We coordinate the process, but clients engage and pay surveyors, certifiers, and report providers directly.

No — you can start with a hand-drawn sketch, inspiration photos, a written description, or even just a rough idea. We'll help you develop it into permit-ready plans and a clear approval pathway. If you already have approved plans, we can quote the steel frame kit directly.
