We coordinate the required documentation and consultant inputs for your project’s approval pathway. Assessments and certification are provided by the relevant consultants and building surveyor.
We identify which surveys, soil reports, energy reports, and specialist inputs are required for permit lodgement
We help line up the right surveyors, certifiers, and report providers, while you engage and pay them directly
We map out whether the job is a granny flat package or a house / granny flat with DA pathway
We coordinate with the relevant certifier or council contact through lodgement and approval stages
Final permit package assembly and lodgement support, with authority fees paid separately by the client

For designs outside our standard packages, we can review your plans and coordinate a project-specific material quotation. This can cover steel framing, external cladding, roofing and rainwater goods, with windows and external doors quoted separately where available. Installation and trade services are arranged separately.
Custom pricing depends on your design, selected materials and project requirements. The quotation will identify the included materials and exclusions. Delivery, installation, site-specific engineering and approvals are separately quoted or arranged.
